Our new LVL® Door Anchor provides a simple and portable solution for dynamic mobility work and stretching exercises. All you need to use it is a sturdy door that closes firmly, nothing more.
Assembly is very easy, just place the anchor point on a door and close it to secure. You can then connect a resistance band to the carabiner and start training. The strap will not damage the door or leave marks on the paint and is so strong that it can withstand the same exercises that you would do with your bands in the park or gym.
The strap is made of black nylon mesh with double zigzag stitching. One end of the leash is attached to an ultra-zstrong carabiner and the other consists of seven layers of black nylon mesh sewn together.
