LEVEL COMPANY SAC guarantees the original user that the LVL® product(s) will be free of manufacturing or manufacturing defects for the period specified below from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the product.

LEVEL COMPANY SAC will guarantee this product against defects in material, functionality and workmanship during the useful life of the product. “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to dumbbells that require maintenance.*

Warranty Claim Processing
To obtain warranty service, you must contact the original place of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

LVL® may, at its option, repair or replace any defective Product frame or parts with new or serviceable used parts that are equivalent in function to the original parts. All frames and parts replaced under this warranty, at the time of service, become the property of LVL® .

LVL® reserves the right to change the manufacturer of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any part found to be defective must be returned to LVL® for warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts or the Product. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that parts or Product are shipped or returned. You bear the risk of loss during shipping.
